1. Corporate Sales Executive, London, UK


Job Description:

We are a fast growing international brand name of Serviced Apartments based in London, Canary Wharf. In a short span of 3 years we have achieved 300% CAGR top-line growth and gained the trust of leading blue-chip British and International Clients. To build on this success and establish ourselves as a leader in Corporate Housing and Serviced Apartments, we are looking to bring on an exceptionally talented sales focused Executive.

This role, of a Corporate Sales Executive will involve elements of both new business generation and strategic account management in a client facing capacity. The primary function will be to proactively develop corporate client relationships, drive revenue and profitability from existing clients, and increase spend and usage of apartments across the MoLi network.

Key responsibilities will include:


  • Generating profitable business, meeting and/or exceeding established sales targets,
  • Establishing, influencing, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in global, multinational companies and SME’s in order to negotiate and develop profitable and sustainable business accounts.
  • Researching and winning new business by:
    • Structured telesales activities
    • Producing client-specific proposals and attending prospective client meetings and presentations, at all times aiming to persuade prospects/clients of the benefits of using House of MoLi Serviced Apartments
    • Managing the sales process from initial opportunity through to the securing of the sale
    • Attending exhibitions, conferences, networking events where appropriate to promote House of MoLi to potential new accounts

An ideal sales candidate is not only driven and competitive but has a professional, positive and a highly ethical approach to Sales. Our requirements are:
  • Current experience of the London corporate accommodation market
  • Minimum 2 years experience in dealing with corporate clients
  • Business savvy, professional and intellectual fortitude to hold business conversations with senior executives of FTSE companies
  • Enthusiasm and motivation for the job and company
  • Strong innovation and experimentation intuitions
  • Ethical and highly professional approach

  • Base and Bonuses depend on experience. And top producing Sales Executives can expect to earn upto 40K.

2. Generalist, London, UK


Job Description:
  • Assisting in procurement of new properties: this will include 
    • Researching and Interacting with real estate agents, and viewing new apartments 
  • Assisting in Property Management; this will include
    • interacting with landlords,
    • maintaining inventory,
    • overseeing property hand-overs,
    • liasing with Accounts team to set up utility bills etc
  • Quality Control: Ensuring new apartments are set up to prescribed company standards. 
  • Assisting Sales team in ad-hoc requests example pitching apartments to SME and corporate clients
  • Involves travel to Canary Wharf and Central London Locations
  • Other ad-hoc responsibilities

The ideal candidate would:

  • Be a highly conscientious individual with strong sense of ethics and best practices.
  • Have 2-5 years of experience in either a Serviced Apartments Company or from a Real Estate firm
  • Be fluent in English and ideally, one other European language
  • Have excellent computer skills
  • have excellent communication skills
  • Have basic knowledge of bookkeeping
  • Have a Can-do attitude
  • Valid UK driver's license will be an added bonus

Candidates with relevant experience at a serviced apartment provider will be given preference.
 
 

3. Property Procurement Agent (London / Canary Wharf)


With a growing portfolio of high end real estate in the City and Canary Wharf region, we are now looking to expand our reach through a combination of owned, leased, and managed properties.

To this end we are looking to add to our team a seasoned real estate professional, with sound knowledge of the London residential real estate market, particularly in the Canary Wharf and City Area.

The primary responsibility of the Property Procurement Agent will be contacting, negotiating and liaising directly with retail and institutional landlords, developers and estate agencies to source quality stock for our corporate clientele and investor base. The ability to independently source high quality real estate, develop lasting relationships, and accurately draft contracts are all prerequisites for this job.

    Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years working in real estate industry in lettings and/or sales
  • Excellent knowledge of property laws in the UK
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to use MS Word, Excel, Internet Research
  • Excellent communication in English, both verbal and written
  • Confidence, enthusiasm and dedication to the job and company
  • Excellent negotiation skills

 

4. Apartment Manager Position – Canary Wharf, City of London (London)


The primary responsibility of the Apartment Manager is to contribute to the overall success of House of Modern Living by assuring the highest quality of accommodations and customer service. The Apartment Manager will be primarily involved in the day to day liaisons between Customers and House of Modern Living, managing, maintaining and providing service our extended stay guests. The successful candidate will be a motivated, dedicated individual who presents an image of organization and confidence, inspiring these traits in those that they manage. A strong sense of leadership is essential. The ideal applicant will be able to deploy House of Modern Living’s commitment to quality and ensure outstanding customer service to each and every client. Given our locations are spread through Canary Wharf and the City, you will be required to drive our Company Car and work with Housekeeping to ensure Apartments are prepared to the highest standards.

    Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a House Keeping, Apartment Manager, a high quality Hotel (min 3 star).
  • Valid UK Drivers License
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent organizational ability
  • A creative approach to problem-solving and excellent conflict resolution skills
  • A commitment to customer service and providing quality assistance
  • Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English in person, on the phone, and in written communication
  • Ability to communicate verbally and written in a second language is a plus – especially German, French, Spanish or Italian.

 

5. Housekeeper (London)


House of Modern Living is searching for an individual with a keen sense of cleanliness and customer satisfaction for its professional housekeeping team. An ideal candidate would be from the hospitality industry with prior experience in housekeeping and be an individual who besides being a team player has an eye for cleanliness and perfection. Applications from individuals without prior experience, but who are keen to learn and make their mark in this field will be considered.

    As a member of MoLi's professional housekeeping team, your main duties would involve:

  • Deep cleaning and presentation of Accommodation
  • Restocking linens and basic toiletries,
  • Stocking supply carts and
  • Ensuring that the rooms are ready for guests prior to their arrivals
