1. Corporate Sales Executive, London, UK


As we evolve into an international brand name of Serviced Apartments, we are looking to expand our Corporate Sales team and bring on an exceptionally talented Sales focused executive.
This role, of a Corporate Sales Manager will involve elements of both new business generation and strategic account management in a client facing capacity.
As a Corporate focused Sales Executive you will be responsible for generating profitable business meeting and/or exceeding established sales targets, developing corporate business across major European and US centric organizations promoting our own or our rapidly expanding network of Serviced Apartments worldwide.

    Requirements:

    An ideal sales candidate is not only driven and competitive but has a professional, and a highly ethical approach to Sales. Our minimum requirements are:
  • Exposure to Serviced Apartments as a buyer (in a travel procurement role), or a leading Serviced Apartments Company
  • Minimum 2 years experience in dealing with corporate clients
  • Business savvy, professional and intellectual fortitude to hold business conversations with senior executives of FTSE 500 companies
  • Fluent communication skills in at-least one European Language (German or French preferred).

  • Strong innovation and experimentation intuitions
  • Ethical and highly professional approach.

2. Property Procurement Agent (London / Canary Wharf)


With a growing portfolio of high end real estate in the City and Canary Wharf region, we are now looking to expand our reach through a combination of owned, leased, and managed properties.

To this end we are looking to add to our team a seasoned real estate professional, with sound knowledge of the London residential real estate market, particularly in the Canary Wharf and City Area.

The primary responsibility of the Property Procurement Agent will be contacting, negotiating and liaising directly with retail and institutional landlords, developers and estate agencies to source quality stock for our corporate clientele and investor base. The ability to independently source high quality real estate, develop lasting relationships, and accurately draft contracts are all prerequisites for this job.

    Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years working in real estate industry in lettings and/or sales
  • Excellent knowledge of property laws in the UK
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to use MS Word, Excel, Internet Research
  • Excellent communication in English, both verbal and written
  • Confidence, enthusiasm and dedication to the job and company
  • Excellent negotiation skills

 

3. Apartment Manager Position – Canary Wharf, City of London (London)


The primary responsibility of the Apartment Manager is to contribute to the overall success of House of Modern Living by assuring the highest quality of accommodations and customer service. The Apartment Manager will be primarily involved in the day to day liaisons between Customers and House of Modern Living, managing, maintaining and providing service our extended stay guests. The successful candidate will be a motivated, dedicated individual who presents an image of organization and confidence, inspiring these traits in those that they manage. A strong sense of leadership is essential. The ideal applicant will be able to deploy House of Modern Living’s commitment to quality and ensure outstanding customer service to each and every client. Given our locations are spread through Canary Wharf and the City, you will be required to drive our Company Car and work with Housekeeping to ensure Apartments are prepared to the highest standards.

    Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a House Keeping, Apartment Manager, a high quality Hotel (min 3 star).
  • Valid UK Drivers License
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent organizational ability
  • A creative approach to problem-solving and excellent conflict resolution skills
  • A commitment to customer service and providing quality assistance
  • Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English in person, on the phone, and in written communication
  • Ability to communicate verbally and written in a second language is a plus – especially German, French, Spanish or Italian.
