This role, of a Corporate Sales Executive is to retain and develop existing and new corporate agency and corporate client relationships, to drive revenue and profitability and increase spend and usage of apartments across the House of MoLi portfolio.
Key responsibilities will include:
Generate profitable business, meeting and/or exceeding established sales targets,
Respond in a positive manner to all inbound enquiries from the corporate market, be they phone, email or web generated, in a timely, accurate and efficient manner with a view to maximising conversion and revenue generation.
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in corporate agencies and clients in order to negotiate and develop profitable and sustainable business accounts, looking for opportunities from clients for additional business.
Take a pro-active role in seeking out opportunities to develop inbound enquiries to further corporate relationships and sales
Undertake pro-active sales and marketing activities within the London corporate market
Manage the reservations process from initial opportunity through to the securing of the sale.
Work in close conjunction with the rest of the sales team to develop existing and new accounts.
Work in close co-operation with the Delhi based reservations team for the maximisation of occupancy, revenue and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to and contribute to the Reservations SOP and ensure that systems and processes are maintained for the maximisation of revenue, yield and customer satisfaction.
Take a proactive role in the development of other reservation team members and reservation procedures.
Work closely with the Front Desk team to ensure all opportunities are maximised for guest satisfaction and smooth operation of the Front Desk team.
Work with the accounts team for the efficient and accurate billing of all charges relating to reservations.
When required, conduct viewings of the apartments with enquirers in an efficient and positive manner.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the Company, competitors and the serviced apartment sector in general
Maintain all relevant company records, databases and literature in line with Company standards
At all time project the company in a professional and business-orientated manner
Maintain a high level of customer service as a core value of the House of MoLi
Attend exhibitions, conferences, networking events where appropriate to promote House of MoLi to potential new accounts and within the industry.
Assist the management of MoLi in various other sales and marketing tasks as required.
With a growing portfolio of high end real estate in the City and Canary Wharf region, we are now looking to expand our reach through a combination of owned, leased, and managed properties.
To this end we are looking to add to our team a seasoned real estate professional, with sound knowledge of the London residential real estate market, particularly in the Canary Wharf and City Area.
The primary responsibility of the Property Procurement Agent will be contacting, negotiating and liaising directly with retail and institutional landlords, developers and estate agencies to source quality stock for our corporate clientele and investor base. The ability to independently source high quality real estate, develop lasting relationships, and accurately draft contracts are all prerequisites for this job.
Minimum 2 years working in real estate industry in lettings and/or sales
Excellent knowledge of property laws in the UK
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to use MS Word, Excel, Internet Research
Excellent communication in English, both verbal and written
Confidence, enthusiasm and dedication to the job and company
The primary responsibility of the Apartment Manager is to contribute to the overall success of House of Modern Living by assuring the highest quality of accommodations and customer service. The Apartment Manager will be primarily involved in the day to day liaisons between Customers and House of Modern Living, managing, maintaining and providing service our extended stay guests.
The successful candidate will be a motivated, dedicated individual who presents an image of organization and confidence, inspiring these traits in those that they manage. A strong sense of leadership is essential. The ideal applicant will be able to deploy House of Modern Living's commitment to quality and ensure outstanding customer service to each and every client.
Given our locations are spread through Canary Wharf and the City, you will be required to drive our Company Car and work with Housekeeping to ensure Apartments are prepared to the highest standards.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a House Keeping, Apartment Manager, a high quality Hotel (min 3 star).
Valid UK Drivers License
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent organizational ability
A creative approach to problem-solving and excellent conflict resolution skills
A commitment to customer service and providing quality assistance
Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English in person, on the phone, and in written communication
Ability to communicate verbally and written in a second language is a plus – especially German, French, Spanish or Italian.
